How far do you deliver your sauna?
We offer free delivery within a 30-mile radius from Litchfield, MN, or 55355. If you're beyond this range, no worries! Contact us for a custom quote before reserving your sauna, and we'll ensure your wellness oasis reaches you, no matter the distance.
How many people will fit in the sauna?
The sauna comfortably accommodates 4-6 adults in the hot room, ensuring a spacious and enjoyable experience.
Where does the sauna get placed at my residence?
We'll drop off the sauna approximately 30 feet from any dwelling. A relatively flat, open space is needed for setup, ensuring a convenient and accessible location.
What is included in my rental fee?
Your rental fee covers free delivery and pick-up (up to 30 miles from 55355), a brief safety orientation, an ample supply of wood for the entire rental period, ladle, and bucket for a complete and hassle-free experience.
Can I split the cost with my neighbors and/or family members?
Yes, you can. Simply make one payment to SaunaWell LLC, and others planning to use the sauna can sign the waiver before indulging in the sauna experience. It's a shared wellness journey made simple.
Can I purchase a sauna?
Absolutely! We collaborate directly with our premier builder at NLC to design and create your own perfect sauna for a personalized and lasting wellness investment. Contact us for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
For winter rentals (November 1 - April 30), we offer a full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. For other rental periods, we offer a full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
